I was wondering if anet stopped dropping the weapons that had the mod that would remove dp quicker, I had one of these a long time ago. Anyone see one recently?

For as long as I've ever played, DP was kill reliant, not weapon reliant. If this was true, I've been out of the loop for too long. Lol

you might be confused with the one that makes you recover faster from weakness - a condition.
those still exist...

Actually, working off DP is based on experience gained, not kills. Killing stuff well below your level won't work off DP, whereas completing quests will. Heck, quests can work off a LOT of DP very, very quickly.
